The
Candidate Diary System will allow candidates to enter their daily diary
records, logbooks all on-line. Entries
on the electronic diary will automatically be converted and filed in the
correct section of the required Workplace Skills Logbook, it will produce the
General Report as prescribed for interim and final report submissions to the
Registration Assessors, leading up to the Assessment of Professional Competency
(APC)
For candidates
who have already commenced with their daily diaries, there will be no need to
re-input the data into this software.
Your mentor is to physically sign-off your diaries and logbook, which is
to be scanned and submitted online to the SACQSP. The workplace skills accumulated will be
credited to you and deducted from the remaining hours of workplace skills
training required.
From 20th September 2014, the old log book format will not be acceptable for APC report submissions.
NOTE: This software is in BETA TEST stage and your feedback to the SACQSP will speed-up the improvements necessary.
